RETURN
At this stage, we apologize for not be able to provide return service. Customers who do not have enough information of any items, please kindly contact us on the Contact Us page. Especially customers who are allergic to some substance, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on each product before making a purchase.

REFUND ITEM(S) OR ORDER
At RelishThai’s store, we value customer’s satisfaction. Currently, we offer 100% money refund from the delivery mistake in following conditions.

A) If your item’s container is broken especially glass container from delivery mistake and the item is not in a condition to use or consume, we will refund your money of the broken item with the same purchased price but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Within 5 days of your order delivery, customer must contact us by following the steps below. If the report is later than five days, your money refund will not be guaranteed.

  1. Take photos of your broken item(s).
  2. Go to Contact Us page. Please fill in all fields on the Contact Us form especially your email and order reference with the details of your broken item(s) and item photos.
  3. After we received your email with photos and information, we will contact you back to confirm your refund.
 

B) If your item’s container is broken especially glass container from delivery mistake and causes other items in the same package to be in an unused or unable to consume conditions, we will refund your money of the broken item and the others with the same purchased prices but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Within 5 days of your order delivery, customer must contact us by following the steps below. If the report is later than five days, your money refund will not be guaranteed.

  1. Take photos of your broken item(s) and the others.
  2. Go to Contact Us page. Please fill in all the fields on the Contact Us form especially your email and order reference with the details of your broken item(s) and the other item photos.
  3. After we received your email with photos and information, we will contact you back to confirm your refund.
 

C) If your item’s container is broken especially glass container from delivery mistake and causes all items in the same package to be in an unused or unable to consume conditions, we will refund your money of all items in the order but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Within 5 days of your order delivery, customer must contact us by following the steps below. If the report is later than five days, your money refund will not be guaranteed.
