If your item’s container is broken especially glass container from delivery mistake and the item is not in a condition to use or consume, we will refund your money of the broken item with the same purchased price but the shipping fee will not be refunded. Within 5 days of your order delivery, customer must contact us by following the steps below. If the report is later than five days, your money refund will not be guaranteed.

  1. Take photos of your broken item(s).
  2. Go to Contact Us page. Please fill in all fields on the Contact Us form especially your email and order reference with the details of your broken item(s) and item photos.
  3. After we received your email with photos and information, we will contact you back to confirm your refund.
