ADD, ADJUST OR CANCEL ITEM(S) OR ORDER

Since we promise to ship all order within 1 to 2 day(s) after the payment, if you would like to adjust, cancel item(s) or cancel your order after placing an order, you will have six hours of your order timestamp. After six hours of your order timestamp, your order will go through shipping process and any adjustment to your order will not be available. Therefore, please kindly double check your order before making your payment or within six hours after your payment.

(To check your timestamp, please look up in your payment email or log in to your account and click on “details” link to view your order information.)

ADD ITEM(S)
If you would like to add new item(s) or add item(s) to your paid order, the shopping cart is not opened to do so. To combine your new item(s), please cancel your previous order and create a new shopping cart. Please view how to cancel your order below.

CANCEL ITEM(S)
(within six hours of your order timestamp)
For registered customers, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on links of the order either on order reference or details
3. At the bottom of the page in Add a message, please specify the item(s) you would like to cancel in details.
4. After information is provided, please click “Send” button.
5. After we receive your item cancellation message, your order and shipping procedure will be hold with reply message from us. Your recalculated order will be messaged back in the next day and the refund money of your cancelled item(s) will be transferred to your Paypal or credit card account of the time purchase. Shipping procedure will be applied in the next day.

In addition, after receiving your order, we will double check whether the ordered items are phohibited to the destination or not. If so, we will hold the order and send you a message for notification. If customer agree to cancel the items or order, we will proceed the cancellation and refund your money.

Non-member customer
For non-member customer, please go to Contact Us page and specify the item(s) you would like to cancel with your order reference. After we receive your item cancellation message, your order and shipping procedure will be hold with reply message from us. Your recalculated order will be emailed back in the next day and the refund money of your cancelled item(s) will be transferred back to your Paypal or credit card account of the time purchase. Shipping procedure will be applied in the next day.

Note. Item cancellation is available only one time of each order.

CANCEL ORDER
