Shipping Information

Service Restriction
Our policy is to service customers worlwide in 230 countries. (See the list of eligible countries) However, due to the custom regulation of each country, not all products are available for customers in some countries. Before adding a product to shopping cart, customers need to make sure about your custom and will be required to check product information in "Not Ship to" or in Category description to see whether your shipping destination are prohibited for the product or not. For example, all tea are not be able to ship to Taiwan and Turkey. In addition, some products or quantity is restricted to ship to some countries. When customers see a note "Restricted to", it means the product could be sold only in small amount or only one item per order. We recommend customers to contact us before purchasing the item. At this stage, we are updating the information so some products might not have the information. Nevertheless, we will double check your order whether any item(s) are restricted or prohibited to ship to your country or not before shipping.

Packaging
During the payment process if you select "I would like to receive my order in recycled packaging.", we will provide you recycled packaging initiallly. However, if the recycled packaging is unmatched with your products or out of stock, we will provide new packaging consequently. Nevertheless, in any kind of packaging your items are well-protected and delivered safely to the country destination.

Shipping Fees
At the beginning when an item is added to your shopping cart, the shipping fee based on the United Kingdom (UK) destination is applied. To view your destination's shipping fee, please kindly log in or add your address to the shopping cart for customizing the shipping fee.

At this stage, due to the custom restriction in different countries on weight, value and quantity of one shipment, we offer shipment only to the total product order weighting less than 2 kilograms and with only one type of carrier (small packet of Thai post). The carrier, registered air mail estimating 2 to 3 weeks shipping period, may be opened and inspected by the security authority for security reasons. Therefore, if the package does not look perfectly good, please do not worry about your items inside. We apologize for this inconvenience. 

Nevertheless, if a customer prefers a faster (more expensive) or cheaper (slower) shipping type or ordering products weighted greater than 2 kilograms, we will check the custom restrictions of your destination country and provide  customized shipping fee on your preference. By selecting preferable items to your shopping cart (without checking out process), customers will be required to go to Contact Us page to send us your shipping requirement. After that, we will email you back with a customized shipping fee and more information to proceed your order.

Mailing Address
For the effective delivery, please kindly make sure that your information of mailing address is updated or please use the address where will be a person there to receive the package. Sometimes, your local postman might delivery your package only one time. If there is noone at the mailing address, customer will be required to contact your local post office and pick up your package.

Shipping Procedure
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 day(s) after receipt of payment and will be shipped via Thailand post with tracking numbers and required signature to 230 countries worldwide. (See the list of eligible countries) Once your package is shipped, customers will receive an email regardting to shipping status with tracking numbers to check whether your item is shipped out from Thailand or not and the link to the carrier website or go to Thailand post's website for tracking your order. In some destination countries like the United States, the post office also offers tracking service so customers can simply use the same tracking numbers on your post office's website after your package is shipped out of Thailand. If customers do not receive updated order status from us via email, you can login to your account for checking the status. For non-register customer, you can track your order via Guest Checking or Contact Us for more information.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 5 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
